Netsurf on Linux PDA (ipaq h2200 + Angstrom)

I don't believe I have changed anything. I assume there have been minor
upgrades in miscellaneous libraries and so forth. I also edited the
makefile so it has no -g option and "-O" was changed to "-O2"
