Wiki switch

Sorry to bring this up again, but we never reached a conclusion last time.

Since I set up a Mediawiki already (at wikinetsurf.zamez.org), and it does 
what we need, I humbly suggest we proceed to switch.

Not sure who controls our DNS, but please switch wiki.netsurf-browser.org to 
64.22.71.99, and change the old one to something like oldwiki.netsurf-
browser.org until everything is moved.
