[Netsurf-develop] Moved to Subversion

The NetSurf source control system has been changed from CVS to Subversion.

To checkout the source, use the command

  svn checkout svn://semichrome.net/trunk/netsurf

The RISC OS port of Subversion is available at 
http://www.cp15.org/networking/.

All active developers should have been emailed a password for write access. 
Please let me know if you haven't received it.

There is a new web interface at http://svn.semichrome.net/.

The CVS repository is still available, but read-only.
