DfT site problem

The Department for Transport site
http://www.dft.gov.uk/transportforyou/airtravel/airportsecurity/cabinbaggage
returns a mostly blank page (head and foot of page show OK but the actual
contents are blank.

The page validates with no errors on http://validator.w3.org/

If the page is saved to disc and reloaded, the contents show as they
should. I seem to remember there was a similar case a while ago. Was that
sorted out?
