Building netsurf on openSUSE 11.1 (hubbub compile ?)

Hubbub (and all other NetSurf project components) does not use autoconf
for its build system. It simply uses a Makefile.

Is there something in particular you're trying to do that Hubbub's
README doesn't cover?
